1 Introduction & Applicability
bat33 operates a mobile gaming and sports betting platform for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bat33 platform's website, mobile application, and related services.
By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
bat33 reserves the right to partially or fully modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the revised Terms. It is therefore recommended that you check this page regularly.
2 Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
The bat33 platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Opening, managing, or playing on an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited. By creating an account on bat33, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.
2.2 Single Account
Each person may hold only one account on the bat33 platform. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts may be suspended or terminated and any accumulated funds may be forfeited.
2.3 Accurate Information
You must provide true, complete, and up-to-date information when registering an account. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure. If any of your information changes, notify the bat33 support team as soon as possible.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details strictly confidential. In the event of misuse or unauthorized access to your account, notify the bat33 support team immediately. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
3 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules
3.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount at bat33 is ৳500. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No methods other than these three are accepted. The same minimum limit applies for each method.
- Deposit via bKash — minimum ৳500
- Deposit via Nagad — minimum ৳500
- Deposit via Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet) — minimum ৳500
Deposits are generally reflected in your bat33 account instantly. If there is any delay, please contact the support team.
3.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The same methods — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — must be used for withdrawals.
Before requesting a withdrawal, ensure that your account has been verified and any bonus wagering requirements have been met. bat33 reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals if verification is not complete.
3.3 Fraudulent Transactions
If a chargeback, fraudulent payment, or unauthorized transaction is detected on any account, bat33 reserves the right to immediately suspend that account and hold the associated funds.
4 Bonus & Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at bat33 can enjoy a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000; or depositing ৳16,000 or more earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳31,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: to withdraw winnings from a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place bets totaling ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- The wagering requirement must be met within a specified period from the date the bonus is awarded; otherwise the bonus will be cancelled.
- No other bonus may be claimed while a bonus offer is active.
- Requesting a withdrawal before the bonus wagering requirement is met may result in the bonus being cancelled.
- bat33 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Attempting to take advantage of bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.
4.4 VIP Program
The bat33 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Gold (up to 0.6% weekly cashback), and Platinum (up to 0.8% weekly cashback). A member can be promoted to a higher tier based on consistent gaming activity. VIP benefits are subject to change at bat33's discretion.
5 User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the bat33 platform:
- Playing games or placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
- Managing multiple accounts or accessing another person's account.
- Hacking the platform's software or systems, or exploiting vulnerabilities.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Behaving disrespectfully or in a harassing manner toward other users or bat33 staff.
- Coordinating between two or more accounts to influence game outcomes (collusion).
- Engaging in any form of fraud or deceptive activity.
If any of the above activities are detected, bat33 reserves the right to close the account without notice and hold the associated funds.
6 Gaming Fairness & Technology
All games on bat33 operate on the basis of Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This technology ensures that the outcome of every game is completely random and impartial. bat33 is committed to ensuring fair play.
If a game result becomes uncertain due to a technical issue or error on the platform, bat33 reserves the right to void that round and return the wagered amount. Any winnings arising from a technical error will not be recognized.
7 Limitation of Liability
Use of the bat33 platform is entirely at your own risk. bat33 bears no responsibility for the following:
- A gaming session being interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical issue.
- Any damage caused by your device or software.
- Unauthorized access to your account resulting from third-party activity.
- Financial loss from gaming — gaming is entirely a personal decision.
bat33's maximum liability under applicable law will in no circumstances extend beyond the amount of the transaction in question.
8 Intellectual Property
All content on the bat33 platform — logos, graphics, software, text, design, and game code — is subject to the intellectual property rights of bat33 or its content providers. Copying, redistributing, or commercially using these materials without prior written permission from bat33 is unlawful.
9 Privacy & Data Protection
Details regarding the collection, storage, and use of your personal information can be found on bat33's Privacy Policy page. By creating an account on the platform, you are also considered to have accepted the terms of that privacy policy.

- Violation of these Terms.
- Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
- Providing false information or being a minor.
- Managing multiple accounts.
